We are beginning to see recovery at this time. Sierra Wireless engineers are still investigating to determine the cause of the issue. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.

Sierra Wireless is experiencing a slight delay in creating data sessions for a subset of devices. Engineers are currently investigating. No ETR is currently available. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.
