Our partner carrier will be performing planned maintenance on its application servers as part of an infrastructure evolution project. The activity involves upgrading the operating systems of two legacy servers and migrating provisioning scripts to new application servers, supporting continued service reliability and performance.
Impact: During the maintenance window, a small number of devices may experience brief and temporary connectivity interruptions while provisioning functions are being migrated. Any affected connections are expected to recover automatically without requiring user intervention.
Additional Information: Semtech GNOC engineers will continuously monitor network performance and service KPIs throughout the maintenance period. Communication updates will be provided before the start of the activity and after successful completion. At this time, no significant service degradation or customer action is expected.
