Our Partner Carrier will perform M2M server cluster firmware upgrades on its roaming network infrastructure. This activity is part of the partner’s network lifecycle management process and is necessary to increase reliability and improve service resiliency for our valued customers.

Impact: While service interruptions are not expected, there may be brief periods of reduced performance. Affected devices may experience temporary delays or disruptions in Data, SMS, and Voice services. Efforts have been made to minimize service disruption as redundant operational servers will be managing traffic.

Additional Information:
The Semtech Global NOC will actively monitor the network throughout the maintenance window. Notifications will be issued prior to the start and upon completion of the activity.
