Our Partner Carrier has announced a scheduled maintenance of its North America (United States East Coast) Data Center. The carrier will be performing hardware upgrades on its network infrastructure. During this maintenance, customers utilizing off-net SMS message delivery services may experience a cumulative downtime of up to 15 minutes on hosted services.

Start: October 06, 2022 06:00 UTC
End: October 06, 2022 09:00 UTC
Purpose: Network infrastructure upgrade.
Impact: Up to 15 minutes of service downtime (for off-net SMS services) is expected during the specified time window.
