Our partner provider identified cause and have taken corrective action to resolve this issue. We are currently monitoring to ensure stability.

Update
We have engaged our partner provider. Previously impacted signaling links have returned to service. Our engineers continue to investigate for cause and scope of the incident. ETR has not been determined. We will provide further updates as they become available.

Our monitoring systems detected signaling anomalies from one of our partner providers that may have caused connectivity disruption to some devices.

Some SW Advanced devices may have switched connectivity to other partner providers.

We are investigating to determine cause and scope of the issue.
