Semtech/Sierra Wireless will perform a planned maintenances to upgrade the AWS Relational Database Service (RDS) MySQL databases. As part of our network lifecycle management process, this work will improve network resiliency and efficiency and aligns with our commitment to providing best-in-class services to our customers.

Impact:
During this activity, customers will face service disruptions listed below, that individually will last a few minutes:

1) APIs and UI will be unavailable

2) Device Frontend unavailable

3) DataPush unavailable

Alerts and operations including sim provisioning and sms sending will be paused
In all cases, no data will be lost.

Other Information:
The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
