Our Partner Carrier has notified us that they will perform a maintenance on their geo-redundant Outbound Roaming Solution (ORS) platform. This activity will further increase the reliability and resiliency of services provided to our valued customers.

Impact: The maintenance will cause active session to dropped connection due to restart of server.

Other Information: Sierra Wireless Global NOC will be actively monitoring and prepared to quickly engage our partner carrier if any unexpected service impact is observed during the activity.
