Our partner carrier will be conducting an emergency Backbone Network Infrastructure upgrade activity within its network. This maintenance is part of their ongoing efforts to enhance network resiliency and efficiency, in line with their commitment to delivering best-in-class services.

Impact:
During the maintenance window, some customers may experience service interruptions. Affected services may include SMS, Voice and Data.

Additional Information:
Our Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) will actively monitor the network throughout the maintenance period. Notifications will be issued both prior to the start and upon completion of the activity.
