Semtech Planned Activity – Maingate iGate 3.0 Infrastructure Maintenance (GNOC-6409)

This notice is to inform you that we will be performing scheduled maintenance on the iGate 3.0 SMS infrastructure on the Maingate platform. This work will enhance network resiliency and efficiency, aligning with our commitment to providing best-in-class services. A full list of affected services can be found below.

Impact: During the maintenance, we expect up to 30 minutes of downtime for both outgoing and incoming iGate 3.0 SMS messages, as well as access to the SMS containers. All other Maingate SMS services will remain unaffected.

Other Information: Semtech engineers will actively monitor the network infrastructure during this activity.
Notifications will be sent before and after the completion of the maintenance.
