This notice is to inform you that Sierra Wireless will implement a Mobile Switching Server software version upgrade to further enhance reliability of existing VOICE SERVICES. The software upgrade will address a known issue and enable the MSS platform to support future services.
Impact: There is no impact expected during the execution of the scheduled activity as production traffic will be pro-actively migrated to the geo-redundant mate. No customer intervention is required.
Other Information: The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance.
