Scheduled

Our Partner Carrier will be doing an emergency maintenance on its new and old application servers to uniformly distribute traffic for multiple IMSI rangesas part of an initiative to improve network resiliency, efficiency and fallback mechanism with different application servers . This work aligns with our commitment to providing best-in-class services with Semtech.

Impact: As part of our upcoming network optimization & load-balancing activities across multiple application servers, we may expect very minor intermittent connectivity issues lasting for few minutes during the entire planned window. Some devices could experience brief, momentary disconnections, but network access is expected to restore automatically without any delay.

Additional Information: Semtech GNOC engineers will be actively monitoring the network throughout the maintenance activity. Notifications will be sent prior to the start of the work and upon completion.
