In continued commitment to providing best in class services to our valued customers Sierra Wireless will perform scheduled maintenance to upgrade ALMS Relational Database Service (RDS) MySQL databases to version 5.7 as part of our lifecycle management process.

Impact:
During the activity cron reports for ARA/AMR (Advanced Mobility Reports) customers will be delayed by 5 minutes. Also, customers attempting to launch manual reports will receive a failure message and be asked to retry 5 minutes later.

A message will be sent at the start and upon completion of the activity.
