Our Transport Provider had a disruption on its network infrastructure affecting Maingate services listed below. Engineers have identified the issue and the Provider has implemented corrective actions. During the incident Maingate customers may have experienced failures in iGate, SMS, and Data services. SMS customers may experience delays in received messages.
Services have been restored and our engineers are currently monitoring to ensure stability. We will consider this resolved if no further impacts are observed during our monitoring period.
