Our Partner Carrier is scheduled to perform emergency firmware upgrades on its application servers, which are part of its roaming network infrastructure. This maintenance is part of their ongoing efforts to enhance network resiliency and efficiency, in line with their commitment to delivering best-in-class services.

Impact: During the maintenance window, some customers may experience minor service interruptions, but network access is expected to be restored automatically without any delay. Affected services may include SMS, Voice, and Data.

Additional Information: Our Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) will actively monitor the network throughout the maintenance period. Notifications will be issued both prior to the start and upon completion of the activity.
