Semtech/Sierra Wireless will be implementing a hardware upgrade to replace the core Firewall Cluster in the Lithia Springs (LSP) data center. This planned activity will improve network resiliency and efficiency. This work is part of our network lifecycle management process and aligns with our commitment to providing best-in-class services to our customers.
Impact: There will be interruptions in network connectivity impacting Data, Voice, and SMS services. This planned activity outage is not expected to last more than 30 minutes
Other Information: Semtech Engineers will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance.
