Our Partner Carrier has issued an Emergency Maintenance activity to upgrade their ORS server platform. This Emergency Activity is intended to prevent a service disruption. The list of affected services can be found below.

Impact:
The Partner Carrier will perform an (application) restart on its ORS server platform. There may be a small drop of the GTP sessions observe that will take up to a maximun of 10 minutes during the Emergency Change.


Other Information:
The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will actively monitor the network during the maintenance. Notification will be sent before and after the completion of the maintenance.
