Our Partner Carrier is scheduled to perform Planned maintenance on its Roaming platform. This maintenance is part of their ongoing efforts to enhance network resiliency and efficiency, in line with their commitment to delivering best-in-class services.

Impact: During the maintenance window, some customers may experience minor service interruptions. Affected services may include SMS, Voice and Data.

Additional Information:
The Semtech Global NOC will continuously monitor the network during the maintenance window. Notifications will be issued prior to the start and upon completion of the activity.
