Semtech/Sierra Wireless will perform a planned software upgrade on two of our core routers in the Frankfurt (FKT) data center. This maintenance activity will ensure continued optimal performance and security from our core routers and aligns with our commitment to providing best-in-class services to our customers.
Impact:
During the activity, some customers may experience a slight impact to network connectivity, Data, Voice, SMS, USSD, and provisioning services as traffic is moved to the redundant router within the data center.
Other Information:
The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will actively monitor the network during the maintenance. Notification will be sent before and after the completion of the maintenance.
