Semtech will be performing planned router maintenance activity at our Lithia Springs data center as part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements. This activity is part of our efforts to retire end-of-life equipment and enhance overall network performance and reliability.
Impact: During the maintenance window, customers may experience temporary service disruptions. Affected devices could encounter brief degradation or interruptions in SMS, Voice, Data services, and overall network connectivity. However, the network is designed with redundant nodes that will automatically take over traffic in the event of any failure, helping to minimize the overall impact and maintain service continuity.
Additional Information: Semtech engineers will be actively monitoring the network throughout the maintenance activity. Notifications will be sent prior to the start of the work and upon completion.”
