This notification is to inform you that Sierra Wireless will perform a planned maintenance activity to move firewalls and load balancers to our new switches on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 18:00 UTC.

As part of our lifecycle management process this activity will improve network reliability and efficiency and aligns with our commitment to provide best in class services to our customers.

Impact:
No customer impact is expected due to network redundancy.

Other Information:
The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance.
