Our partner will be performing scheduled network infrastructure maintenance at its United States data center to ensure stability and optimal performance. This work is part of our provider’s ongoing network lifecycle management strategy, designed to enhance reliability and improve overall service resiliency for our valued customers.

Impact:
During this activity, there is a possibility for intermittent disruptions in SMS traffic and processing that may occur. Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact, however, brief connectivity interruptions of up to 15 minutes may occur for services hosted at the United States data center during the maintenance time window.

Additional Information:
The Global NOC will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notifications will be sent before and after the completion of the maintenance.
