Semtech will perform a planned maintenance to upgrade the AWS Relational Database Service (RDS) MySQL databases. As part of our network lifecycle management process, this work will improve network resiliency and efficiency and aligns with our commitment to providing best-in-class services to our customers.
Impact: During this activity, customers will face service disruptions listed below, that individually will last a few minutes: -In the user interface or API, recent usage records might be visible with 5 to 10 min delay -Alerts based on usage consumption might be triggered with 5 to 10 min delay -No usage record will be lost
Other Information: The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
