This notice is to inform you that Sierra Wireless will perform planned activity 3 of 3 to complete the software version upgrade across our geo-redundant Packet Gateway (PGW) platform. This upgrade will enable the PGW platform to support future services, address a known operational defect, and enhance the security, redundancy, and resiliency of existing data services.
Activity 3 - Madison PGW Upgrade Part 2 - is scheduled for November 30, 2022 at 02:00 UTC.
Completed: • Activity 1 – Madison PGW Upgrade Part 1 was completed November 9, 2022 • Activity 2 – Lithia Springs PGW Upgrade was completed November 16, 2022
Impact: There is no impact expected during the execution of the scheduled activity as data sessions will be pro-actively migrated to the geo-redundant mate. No customer intervention is required.
Other Information: The Global NOC and Sierra Wireless Engineers will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance.
