Our Partner Carrier will be implementing a software update on their Mediagateway MGLAH05. This work will improve network resiliency and efficiency and align with our commitment to provide best-in-class services with Semtech/Sierra Wireless.
Impact: Ongoing calls will be disconnected during the update, but new calls will be routed through an alternate Mediagateway during the maintenance.
Other Information: The Semtech/Sierra Wireless Global NOC and engineers will be actively monitoring the network during the maintenance activity. Notification will be sent before and after completion of the maintenance.
