After further investigation, it was determined that the issue was isolated to one customer's server and subset of devices. We are considering this issue resolved at this time.

Investigating

Semtech/Sierra Wireless is experiencing a disruption with Enhanced Carrier Connectivity (ECC) Data service with AT&T. Customers may have issues with reconnection on their devices. We are still investigating to determine the cause and scope of the impact with our partner.
